Dr. Bibhrajit Halder
Dr. Bibhrajit Halder is a strategic advisor to Growth2Success (G2S) and a recognized leader in autonomous systems and industrial artificial intelligence. He is the founder and former CEO of SafeAI, a global provider of autonomous solutions for heavy equipment in mining and construction. Under his leadership, SafeAI deployed autonomy projects across major industrial sites worldwide, operated across multiple continents, raised more than $75M dollars in venture funding from leading investors, and was acquired by Pronto.ai in July 2025.
Over more than two decades working in autonomy, robotics, and advanced vehicle systems, Dr. Halder has held senior engineering and leadership roles at Caterpillar, Ford, Faraday Future, and Apple. His experience spans algorithm development, safety and control architectures, regulatory and compliance considerations, and the real-world deployment of large-scale autonomous systems in demanding industrial environments. His work has contributed to multiple generations of self-driving and advanced mobility programs.
At G2S, Dr. Halder advises across growth, fundraising, compliance, and strategy. He supports the organization in shaping long-term product and platform strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with commercial objectives, strengthening enterprise and regulatory readiness, and framing the narratives and performance metrics that matter most to sophisticated investors and strategic partners.
Dr. Halder holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.
