Intellectual Property

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any G2S content or proprietary materials without written permission. Any feedback or suggestions provided to G2S may be used without compensation to you.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. Fees and Payments

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you have a recurring engagement, you authorize payments according to the schedule agreed upon until the engagement is terminated per the terms of the applicable agreement. G2S uses third-party payment processors and does not store financial data.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable Statement of Work or Service Agreement. G2S reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activities, or fail to fulfill payment obligations. We may modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

G2S services are provided based on industry best practices and professional expertise. However, G2S does not warrant that deliverables will be error-free or meet every specific requirement not outlined in the applicable Statement of Work. Users and clients assume responsibility for validating deliverables and ensuring they meet their specific business needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth 2 Success LLC is not liable for lost profits, revenues, or data, any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, or unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches outside of G2S's reasonable control. G2S's total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement.

Imdemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Growth 2 Success LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of our services, your violation of these terms, or any legal disputes arising from your use of G2S deliverables or services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida. You waive the right to a class-action lawsuit.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Growth 2 Success LLC services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
